Earn $1000 a day Membership

Every pupil needs a teacher :)

So after I made the decision on making $10.000 a month I realized i needed some goalsettig. I broke down the numbers and found it interesting to see that with enough small numbers a large would emerge.

Till now I always disregarded the few dollars I made here and there and always looking for the big bang.

Dennis the author from $5 a day which is a great ebook also has a site called earn1kaday and altho my first goal is $10.000 a month which is $335 a day it appield to me to as I saw good reviews from it.

So last week I decided to join and untill now I have no regrets. It’s a bussy forum and besides the great advice Dennis also provides products to download. Products I normally would buy in the warriorforum. That alone is worth more then the $39 a month. Some are a great addition to my membership site www.web2marketeer.com as they come with PLR, MRR or resale rights.

Right now there is a challenge going on where members are setting personal goals for next thuesday to write as many articles as they can. Challenges like these are great as it stimulates you …or at least it does that to me. As there are some great marketing minds in that forum there are real good tips on how to write good articles fast, finding the right niches, selecting keywords, tips on formatting etcetc..

It’s not a salesletter but I do recommand this forum. If I would advice someone interested in affiliatemarketing and internetmarketing to join forums I would list 3.

Warriorforum (free)
Earn1kaday $39 a month
Wealthy Affiliate $29.99 a month

Getting an education at school at college or even university will cost you a lot more but if you read the advice and apply the knowledge the rewards are so much greater…I just need to work on the APPLY part :)

Using Wordpress to make Review Sites

I have been looking into review sites for quite some time and never really came to it. I kept on hearing good things and read the report from Chris Remple (the lazy affiliate) about what he calls conduit sites.

I do realize that just a normal site with a bunch of affiliate links is no longer the way to go. I just bought an expensive script for price comparison and have to think twice if I either make my own script or use a script I saw at Wp Review Site

I must admit that it looks very good and I am tempted. It turns wordpress into a review site by using a custom form of the post page i guess. Of course does it need a theme that can handle the extra features.

I had plans earlier to build a script for review sites , even registered a domain for it but didn’t thought of using wordpress before. Knowing how much time i have (not) it might be a good idea to just buy this.

If you have wpreview let me know what you think of it.

Affiliate Tool - Do you check your stats?

I have been coding again and made a product that if you are an affiliate I think at least should take a look at.

Do you check your stats? Do you spend maybe to much time login in into several affiliate networks just to take a look and see if you earned any money? I do … and I guess I am not the only one. Maybe you do not want to admit it but if you would time all the moments that you are non productive I guess this is one of the major pitfalls

STATS CHECKING DOESN’T MAKE YOU MONEY :)

So… what i did was this

I created a tool that automaticly logs into your account at 17 different affiliate networks. CJ.com , clickbank , azoogleads , neverblueads etc etc and queries the stats. returns the result of all those in one screen.

All mixed with a bit of AJAX so it’s lightning fast because all requests are done simultane in different processes and no need to refresh the browser. When the query at an affiliatenetwork is done that result is displayed in the browser.

A small screenshot of it

I have for a limited time an offer for it at the warriorforum. So if you goto this post you can get it for a special price. If you are not a member yet of the warriorforum I highly recommand that you join it today.

At this moment Affiliate Income Dashboard works with these networks

  • Amazon
  • AzoogleAds
  • CJ
  • Clickbank
  • Clickbooth
  • Copeac
  • eBay
  • Hydranetwork

  • Shareasale

Edwin

234 Premium Wordpress Themes

When I was looking for insperation I found several themes that I showed before. But I also noticed that there were more and more places that offered premium/paid themes for wordpress.

So last week I spend all my time with finding premium themes. The only criteria I had was that it shouldn’t be free. Quality of design is something that is relative :) I do however find that a large number of these themes are much more beautifull then the onces that are available for free.

I have included the prices that were on the sites at the moment of writing. Most of the themes were available with a single domain licence and a multi domain licence. But it divers per developer what a multi domain licence realy is. sme have a 5 domain restriction and have a developer licence for unlimited domains. I haven’t split it out that far so if you are interested in buying a theme look for the licence info.

So without futher introductions … the 234 premium themes I found. If you see any mistake, have additions, spelling error s in names etc let me know.

Blogging On Fire - Tools To Get In High Gear

A bit over a year ago I had an idea about automating several task with blogging. (I have many ideas) I named this wpoctopus. If you take a look at http://wpoctopus.com you can see the members area at http://wpoctopus.com/members/ but it never made it to full development.

The idea was born after installing 80+ wordpress sites in 2 weeks and till today they still make me about $600 a month. No work besides the 2 weeks of frantic work. I even have to admit that out of the 80 maybe 25 are realy setup the right way and the rest could do some work. After those two weeks i saw the potential of wordpress in full and wanted to automate all the tasks I had gone thru by hand. I spent the months June till October working on that project but finally gave up when the high season of my normal business came.

But I still believe in Wordpress and making it a cms for affiliate based sites. The power of wordpress in combination with plugins like related posts(products), ratings, xml sitemaps, auto socialmarker and more are in my eyes obvious. But installing wordpress with the right plugins, monetize it and managing it becomes almost impossible whn done by hand with more then 100 sites. And I for one believe that it’s easier to make a site that earns $1 day then it’s to make a ste that earns $100 a day. So automing the tasks of making that $1 a day site is what I had in mind but never finished.

I have looked at alternatives but none of the tools I saw advertised did what i wanted. Most of them were all hyped up and only covered one thing. An overview of these tools

Installing as many wordpresssites as you want:

http://www.blogmatrixpro.com
cost: $97

  • 7 day trial for $1
  • Mass install wordpress sites
  • Manage plugins (delete, activate)
  • 1 site to mage them all
  • RSS to blog (automtic content creation ) if you wish

Easy content management

I stunled upon Windows Live Writer and like it. It’s free (i stay Dutch) and can be downloaded at http://get.live.com/writer/overview

It’s only practical as a content management system and not for installing, modifying or editing your blog.

Yesterday I got an email about something that comes close to WP Octopus tho…the call it FirePow
It comes in two flevors: basic and premium. The diverance is that with the premium you get access to 50+ blogs with high Pagerank to build links to your sites.

I think it’s a tool that really works. Will buy it this weekend and start a casestudy with it. So be ready to see a review of Firepow here

Google Keywords Steps Out Of The Shadows

When you build a site about the topic the main research you should do is to try and get an idea which words will score. Upto now there were several ways to get global ideas about the searchvolum a word gets.

One of those is a free tool made for the 90 day challange by the owner of Wordtracker. At http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/gtrends/ you could enter a keyword or phrase and when you see the results there is a graphbar. If you click that you will get this result

There is a result that says actual vistors from Google. This is based upon Google Trends and comparing the word with a word Wordracker knows how many visitors came from that word as they hold the #1 position.

But it was still an estimation….untill yesterday. Google opened up the numbers and now shows actual data in stead of a green bar. Take a look at https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

Besides the search volum of your keyword you get also the search volum of relevant other keywords which will make it a lot easier to know which words to target… and best of all it’s FREEEEEEEE :)

CPA or Cost Per Action Affiliate Offers

One of the main focusses in my quest to get to 10K is CPA offers. CPA stands for Cost Per Action and is mostly used in lead generation offers. Offers where you get paid when you send a visitor to a landingpage where they need to enter their zipcode or emailadress. These offers pay anything between $0.75 to …several hundreds. But most simple offers are in the range of $1 - $5

There are several great affiliate networks that focus on these kind of offers

Some example ads are
An azoogleAds campain

An Maxbounty campain

The great thing about these kind of offers is that there are plenty of free trials. Fi an offer from stamps.com Thru NeverblueAds you can offer a free trial which pays you as a publisher $11.25 per lead. The EPC (earnings per click) for this offer is $1.05 which means that in everage you will earn over a dollar per click. So almost 1 out of 10 visitors you send to that offer will become a lead.

Using CPA offers like these is a great way to supplement your Google Adsense earnings.

Yesterday I bought a great report from the Lazy Affiliate Chris Rempel about a way to present the offers. I can’t tell to much about it but i guess it’s the best way to make use of affiliate products and offers and highly recommand reading it. You can get it at from here for just $15 and i think it’s money well spend.

Deblogging - Magazine style - Wordpress as a CMS

Well over a year ago I created deblogging.com Deblogging because i love wordpress and still do but didn’t liked the blog feel and look for all my sites. As many of my endevours i ran into the time problem and altho i did created over 50 sites in the deblogging style ( like fi http://fietsen-winkel.info ) i didn’t created any more themes around this idea.

Now as i took my next goal in creating 10k a month i am once again at the lookout for a nice standard theme to use with wordpress but that doesn’t has a blog feel. I did a bit of research and found the following magazine style templates that I like and that give me a bit of insperation.

So what’s the next step in creating a magazine style template?

I discovered a nice tool at Yahoo that will help you in laying the foundation of your template. http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/grids/builder/ using this grid builder you can easily create the outline of how your template should look like.

In my case i want of coure the header, a sidebar of 310 at the right so the nice ads of 300px x 250px will fit and it can be split like it’s done at the right at http://www.revolutiontheme.com/news/

The first row should hold the featured article and i want it to be like it’s on http://gazette.premiumnewstheme.com/

Creating a featured article that rotates is a nice feature that you also see a lot in joomla based templates. Making this is not that hard. What you need is a category that is made pure for holding featured articles. As you know you can assign a post to multipal categories. So if you write a ost and want it to be in the featured category select that one also.

Next is the code… first you want to download the mootools archive and Smoothgallery you can get both at this place http://smoothgallery.jondesign.net/
At the getting started page of the gallery code you will find this part

<div id="myGallery">
<div class="imageElement">
<h3>Item 1 Title</h3>
<p>Item 1 Description</p>

<a href=”mypage1.html” title=”open image” class=”open”></a>
<img src=”images/brugges2006/1.jpg” class=”full” />
<img src=”images/brugges2006/1-mini.jpg” class=”thumbnail” />
</div>
<div class=”imageElement”>
<h3>Item 2 Title</h3>
<p>Item 2 Description</p>
<a href=”mypage2.html” title=”open image” class=”open”></a>
<img src=”images/brugges2006/2.jpg” class=”full” />
<img src=”images/brugges2006/2-mini.jpg” class=”thumbnail” />
</div>
</div>

So you need to replace that with the code to display the posts from the featured category

<?php query_posts('showposts=5&cat=5'); //selects 5 articles of the category with ID 5 ?>
<?php while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>
<div class="imageElement">
<h3 class="leadtitle"><?php the_title(); ?>></h3>
<?php the_excerpt() ; ?>
</div>
<?php endwhile; ?>

You can add anything inside this loop but it’s a start.

The rest of the page i will make 2 columns like on http://www.wp-themes.der-prinz.com/magazine/ and at the bottom i like it how it’s done at http://www.fembusiness.nl/

Nice job for the weekend :)

Managing 100+ wordpress Sites - How To?

I will write an other post about how I am able to install 100+ wordpress sites in relative fast time but what I do need now is a tool that allows me to manage posts, categories, pages, plugins etcetc without me loggin in each time for each domain.

I know there is some software that is able to handle this but I forgot to bookmark it. Need to look for it again.

If you know which tool i mean let me know.

Cheers,
Edwin

10k A Month Goal - Monetization Options

I am almost ready with setting the 200 sites up. I installed wordpress on 150 of them and at the others I will use a script I found at affiliatestore.com

With wordpress I will use of course Google Adsense and my own tool ABB (affiliateblogbuilder) but I will also use the wide range of topics to match cpa offers with the sites. Fi Azoogleads has an offer for free baby products which pays $1.25 per email submit. One of the 200 sites is a baby site so at that site I will include this offer.  In total they have well over 350 offers so I am sure that most of the offers i can place in a matching website.

CPA Networks I am aware of are Azoogleads, Maxbounty and Neverblueads. I will look for more networks when I am ready to start creating content for these sites. Maybe use a bit of the affiliateblog ideas by creating posts about affiliateoffers and mix that with a bit more general posts about the topics.

A lot of work ahead…. :) and the problem is we have in spite of the month June which is normally slow a lot of orders for our mug business so I need to juggle with time again.
