Ok…the first template is ready and I had it for sale for a few days and it is downloaded 40+ times now and gets very positive feedback.

The very first Template is a template all about the Beauty Niche (skin care etc is a highly sought for niche) and is build with a niche site in mind instead of a blog. So in my opion it doesn’t look like a blog but uses wordpress as an engine and so it’s a highly seo-ed (i have included the plugins) site.
